ECONOMOS® provides advanced systems as turnkey units for seal production. The complete production unit consists of a computer based CNC-lathe comprising the latest digital controls and with improved automatic swarf suction. The state-of-the-art software, developed in-house, which is available in several languages, allows the production of seals from a diameter of 3 mm up to a maximum of 600 mm (NG 060). With a range of approx. 161 pre-programmed profiles and special sealing materials, developed by ECONOMOS®, we can solve almost any sealing problem.
In comparison to existing Seal-Jet® machines and compared to products of other machine producers the new generation Seal-Jet® machines have significant advantages:
- considerably lower cycle time per seal due to the powerful drive system
- higher tool availability due to the incorporation of a disc turret
- better surface quality of the seals due to higher rotation speeds
- improved swarf suction removal device
- new profile software, developed as a Windows application, for the highest profile variety
- flexible control sheet print with real profile measurements
- profile simulations
